Smash the boiled potato smooth
Knead with required maida to form a smooth dough
Wipe nd small peice of plastic milk packet with little ghee
Take a small portion of dough and spread on the plastic in the shape of puri
Now deep fry the puri on ghee
Drain the puri out from ghee and sprinkle sugar powder over it while it's hot
Garnish with dry fruits Nd serve hot
